About this event

The Grouse Grind is one of Vancouver's most iconic and challenging hikes, famously known as 'Mother Nature's Stairmaster'. The trail climbs 853 metres over a 2.9-kilometre distance, starting at 300 metres elevation and reaching the plateau of Grouse Mountain at 1,127 metres. It is open daily for those seeking a strenuous physical workout in a beautiful natural setting. Please note that downhill hiking is not permitted; hikers must take the Skyride gondola or the BCMC trail back down. Proper footwear and water are essential.
